Use user "cisco" for maintenance.
In order to backup everything:

/tmp/CiscoTools-yyyy-mm-dd-vvv.tgzyyyy-mm-dd represents the current date in ISO8601 format. vvv stands for the version (e. g. 120 for version 1.2.0).

Over time machines come and go and data may become obsolete.
If you need to cleanup data (remove old entries) there is a
script for just that.
cleanlog logfile date timewhere
If you want to remove data older than 2008-09-08 from all data files:
